What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional service to members and prospective members through in-person and phone interactions. Assist members with account openings, account maintenance, and financial transactions. Support consumer, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card applications. Research and resolve account and loan inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through additional products and services. Handle cash transactions and negotiable instruments while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies. Assist with branch operations, including vault procedures and balancing activities when needed. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Experience in customer-facing, banking, retail, hospitality, or call center environments. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Cash handling or financial services experience is a plus but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
