Location: United States/Canada IntraEdge is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record of success in the Higher Education advancement space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that drive fundraising and alumni engagement for our clients. In this role, you will serve as a technical visionary, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative and scalable technical solutions. Job Requirements Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations for Higher Education advancement clients. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Higher Education fundraising and alumni relations processes and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive solution designs. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including data models, system diagrams, and integration specifications. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to development teams. Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks. Stay up to date on Salesforce platform features, advancements, and industry trends. Contribute to the development and refinement of IntraEdge's Salesforce methodology and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent role. Proven experience in implementing complex Salesforce solutions for Higher Education advancement. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data models, governor limits, and performance optimization. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies. Experience with data integration and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional experience for consideration : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification. Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Higher Education-specific add-ons. Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
