The Clinical Documentation Specialist II at Moffitt Cancer Center is responsible for improving the quality and completeness of provider-based documentation in the medical record. You will work with physicians and staff to ensure documentation reflects severity of illness, risk of mortality, complexity of care, and hierarchal condition categories through direct collaboration and education.
