Requirements to be successful in this role 2+ years supervisory experience in a hotel environment Brand experience is preferred Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
