• Competitive salary starting at $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience

Veterinarian requirements and qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Active Tennessee veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
• Passion for small animal medicine and client education
• Comfortable performing routine exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
• Ability to collaborate within a team-focused clinic environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and staff
• Interest in practicing high-quality medicine in a community-centered environment
• Experience utilizing diagnostic tools such as digital radiography, in-house labs, dental equipment, and surgical monitoring systems preferred

Veterinarian preferred background and skills:

• Previous experience in small animal general practice
• Surgical and dental procedure experience
