Plant Technician Manufacturing

Job Location Albany, GA Job Description Responsible for production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into its final form prior to packaging in the following product lines: Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care, and Baby Care. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate, operating and maintaining the equipment. Work on a team that keeps production flowing, meets performance goals, and maintains the high quality standards expected by consumers. Perform preventive maintenance, control the process from a computer terminal, and run high‑speed converting and packing equipment. Technicians work any day of the week, including weekends, with alternating 12‑hour day or night shifts in a rotating schedule. Willingness to rotate and work any shift is required.
