War Exercise DeveloperThe Opportunity:Support Air Force wargaming as part of a collaborative team focused on the design, development, and execution of rapid-turn, small-scale wargames, Tabletop Exercises (TTXs), and related events. Inform Air Force senior leader decision-making. Contribute to scenario development, analytic framing, and post-event synthesis to ensure actionable insights. Engage with stakeholders across the Air Force to align wargame objectives with strategic priorities. Apply game‑theoretic and design methodologies to create or refine exercise environments used to test hypotheses, assumptions, and constraints. Support execution of analytic exercises, wargames, tabletop sessions, workshops, and modeling events. Recommend appropriate stakeholder participation and ensure scenario validity. Develop technical program plans for experimentation campaigns, including functional baselines, schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
