Cleveland, OH, USA About the Role Silver Pearls is seeking compassionate, dependable, and friendly companions to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. This position focuses on companionship, household assistance, and helping clients maintain their independence while enjoying meaningful social interaction. Responsibilities Provide friendly companionship and conversation Prepare light meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with organizing and decluttering Accompany clients on walks or recreational activities Provide transportation to appointments or errands (when assigned) Grocery shopping and other errands Encourage social engagement and independence Report concerns or changes in a client's condition to Silver Pearls Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for every client Requirements At least 21 years of age Compassionate, patient, and dependable Excellent communicators with a positive attitude Comfortable working independently Able to pass a background check Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Have current automobile insurance Own a smartphone and can communicate by text and email Able to lift up to 25 pounds Authorized to work in the United States About the Company Silver Pearls is a locally owned senior lifestyle and home support company dedicated to helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they call home.
