Physical Therapist - Acute Care

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and correcting disabling conditions resulting from illness or injury. Responsibilities include providing age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers, supervising team members, and delivering care across various settings such as acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehab, home care, and PACE. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree , possess an Active Physical Therapist License , with a Master's or Doctorate preferred . Minimum 1-year experience is required for resource pool applicants, and those working in outpatient facilities may need to obtain Direct Access certification .
