Overview
Registered Nurse – Tele in Concord, NH. Travel assignment starts 09/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,170–$2,261 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: 12-hour nights, 12x3, in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult telemetry patients in a medical-surgical setting, including assessment, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures.
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry, interpret rhythms, respond to alarms, and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans; document in the Cerner EMR.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control; educate patients and families as appropriate.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes; maintain accurate charting and align care with patient acuity.

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NHISS verification needed prior to start; NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses.
- 2+ years of RN experience in telemetry/med-surg (or related specialty) required; ability to work with med-surg ratios and acuity; open to Critical Care RNs if comfortable with med-surg acuity.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required.
- RTO requests must be included at submission.
- Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics.
