Registered Nurse

Home Health RN position available in East Portland and surrounding areas. The traveler will visit patients in their homes, with a standard ratio of 1:1. The RN may visit up to 6 patients per day and is expected to meet a productivity standard of 30 points. Weekend work is not required. There is no requirement for on-call shifts. Travelers should have their own transportation. The facility groups clients to minimize drive time, with an occasional maximum radius of 60 miles per day. The facility requires the primary series of COVID vaccination, in addition to one booster. Oasis experience is required for this position. Business casual attire is preferred; scrubs are allowed but not required. Charting will be done using EPIC Remote Client and Rover (phone app/Oasis). The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with various diagnoses including wound care, disease management, PICC lines, G-tubes, and catheter care. References are required covering one year of professional experience within the last three years. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
