Mig Welder Pay: Depends on experience and weld test 4x10 schedule Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for a large-scale project involving structural steel. This position requires proficiency in MIG welding and involves working with structural steel of up to 2 inches thick. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural steel components. Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding. Collaborate effectively within a team of up to three people. Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Experience with structural steel, ideally with thicknesses up to 2 inches. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong teamwork capabilities. Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
