As a CNA, You Will: Provide individualized, compassionate care to residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities Assist residents with bathing, feeding, personal care, and other daily activities Support residents in day programs, recreational activities, and community activities Help create a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment Work as part of a team with CNAs, Nurses, and leadership Build meaningful relationships with residents and support their individual needs and goals Help residents experience a fulfilling and active daily life Training and Support New to CNA work? That's okay. Misericordia provides a mandatory, paid 3-week training program to help you learn the skills needed to provide excellent care and feel confident in your role. Previous CNA experience is not required.
