General Utility Associate – Florence KY |Night Shift
Pay Rate: $20.90/Hr.| Start: ASAP | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : 7:45PM-8AM “D” Shift

About the Job
Support facility operations by supplying production lines with materials, completing paperwork, maintaining housekeeping standards, assisting with quality checks, and ensuring shipments are staged, loaded, and labeled correctly.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Work closely with plant staff to maintain a safe work environment.
• Start and operate mixers and production lines.
• Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-process (WIP) or finished goods.
• Track inventory produced during each shift.
• Monitor actual production downtime and its causes.
• Use the correct packaging materials for each product type.
• Build pallets to keep pace with production output.
• Load and unload trucks and stage products in the correct locations.
• Inspect products periodically for quality issues using visual checks or tools.
• Maintain a clean work area using the 6S process .
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to prioritize safety and security, demonstrate energy, listen effectively, and work as part of a team.
• Strong self-awareness and willingness to support facility operations.
PPE Requirements
Contractors are responsible for wearing their own steel-toed boots . Other task-specific PPE will be provided on-site.
