The Superintendent oversees general construction operations of ground-up projects valued at $20M to $50M+. The ideal candidate has experience in ground-up construction, leading and completing projects. Responsibilities include: Interfacing with local jurisdiction inspectors and officials Enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety meetings Managing work to conform to contract documents Delegating tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other staff Investigating and resolving field issues Completing reports and documentation Ensuring project success in safety, profitability, schedule, and quality Developing schedules and recovery strategies Communicating progress to the Project Manager Maintaining relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors Qualifications: Minimum 7 years as a Project Superintendent in ground-up new construction Proficiency in Procore or similar software, and Microsoft Office Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries Construction Referrals can double your chances of interview at Scott Humphrey Corporation.
