Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Marketing Expert to join Avaloq's New York office. In this role, you'll lead global product positioning, messaging and go-to-market support for our Composable Banking solution by shaping how our products value is conveyed to the market, ensuring strong productmarket fit, and supporting commercial success across all regions.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Strategy teams to develop compelling product narratives, create highimpact assets, and drive adoption throughout the client lifecycle. The role aligns with Avaloqs Product Marketing framework, with a focus on product storytelling, sales enablement, launch orchestration, and market insights.

Your key tasks:

• Lead global product positioning and messaging for the Composable Banking solution, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment across region.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing in product launch planning and orchestration, plus sales enablement activities such as training, competitive positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Support the global gotomarket strategy by defining target audiences, value propositions, and usecasedriven narratives.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, clientfocused business benefits and differentiated product narratives
• Create and manage highimpact marketing assets, such as pitch decks, brochures, onepagers, demos, videos, and case studies that clearly articulate product value. This extends to major Avaloq events and industry engagements in the creation of product content which showcases innovation and client value.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to ensure strong differentiation and to provide insights which inform product strategy and shape the roadmap in tandem with client feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product marketing or product management within fintech, wealth management, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS
• Solid awareness of financial services markets and trends, especially banking and wealth management
• Proven ability to craft compelling product narratives and convert technical complexity into simple, businessoriented messaging
• Demonstrable experience creating highquality sales and marketing collateral with advanced PowerPoint skills
• Proficient project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment
• Flexibility to work across US (East Coast) and European time zones as required

It would be a real bonus if you have:

• Experience using AIassisted marketing tools, segmentation, content automation, or analytics
• Experience developing product videos and demos
• Adept at working with designers or agencies to translate information into interactive infographics and data visualization
