Senior Research Scientist

Providing scientific leadership on patient experience measurement, the full-time Senior Research Scientist will serve as the primary methodological authority, ensuring the validity and reliability of survey-based measures while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and continuous improvement of survey instruments and measurement frameworks Provide scientific consultation on measurement, benchmarking, and analytics decisions across products and initiatives Establish and maintain benchmarking governance standards and evaluate the impact of methodological changes Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Psychometrics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related quantitative field 7+ years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, or related fields Deep expertise in survey methodology, questionnaire design, and psychometric testing Experience with complex measurement methodologies, including experimental designs and mixed-methods studies Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or SQL
