Figma has an ambitious, forward-looking roadmap that we’re rapidly executing on as product development and design rapidly change with AI. This role will help drive the company’s strategy for growth of these products and ensure users discover value in Figma as their workflows rapidly evolve. What you’ll do at Figma:Partner closely with other product teams to develop and execute on a strategy for driving adoption of Figma’s newest and biggest bets.Use data and insights to build a portfolio of experiments and new features that drive users to discover the transformative impact of Figma’s AI features and productsShape Figma’s growth strategy as our business and product evolve.Lead a fast-executing, impact-driven team. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
