Location: Franklin, WI
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire through Kelly Services
Pay:

• 1st Shift: $19.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.90/hour

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

About the Opportunity

Kelly Services is hiring Material Handling Specialists for an established manufacturer of motion control systems, industrial robots, and power conversion devices. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electrical and electronic manufacturing while developing skills in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP data entry and hand scanners, as well as receiving, shipping, picking work orders or sales orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates who possess a strong foundation in several of these areas and demonstrate the ability to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming materials and components.
• Use ERP systems and hand scanners to complete inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and order processing.
• Pick materials for work orders and sales orders.
• Pack and stage materials for production orders and customer shipments.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts, if certified.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn and perform a variety of warehouse functions as skills and experience increase.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP data entry preferred.
• Experience using hand scanners for inventory transactions preferred.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions.
