• Number of Beds - 32 (operational)
• Number of Staff – 59 total (FT/PT/PRN)
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
  • Night Shift - Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
• Patient Ratios – 1:3 couplets (varies on mix)
• Type of equipment -
• EMR – Meditech & CPN
• On Call Requirement – None
• Floating Requirement – Ante for PP overflow, L&D recoveries,

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Couplet Care Competencies
• Breastfeeding Support

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Mother–Baby Charge Experience
• late‑preterm or transitional newborn experience
