Job Description\n \n \n Join Our People Team\n We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about finding great people, building strong partnerships, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.\n In this role, you’ll partner closely with Operations leaders to understand current staffing needs and future growth, proactively source qualified candidates, and manage candidates through the recruiting process from initial contact through hire and onboarding.\n Success in this role requires someone who can move quickly, stay organized, build relationships, and keep the hiring process moving without unnecessary delays. Most importantly, you’ll help us create a WOW! Candidate Experience at every stage of the recruiting journey.\n \n This position is a hybrid position, working remote and travel to restaurants in the Long Island NY and New York Metro market when needed. This person should live in Nassau Long Island , Brooklyn, or Queens, area of New York.\n \n Benefits\n \n Hybrid Role -Remote with some travel to restaurants, career fairs, college recruiting\n Paid time off\n Paid holidays\n Health Care Benefits-medical, dental, vision, life insurance for you and your family as well as domestic partner benefits\n 401k Savings plan with company match\n Annual Bonus and Review Cycle\n Dining Perks\n \n \n \n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n Partner with Operations leaders to identify current and anticipated hiring needs.\n Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for the regions and areas you support.\n Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for open positions.\n Review applications and resumes, quickly identifying candidates who should move forward in the hiring process.\n Conduct phone screens and first interviews using established tools and processes.\n Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure they know what to expect at each step.\n Coordinate candidate and Operations Leadership schedules to keep interviews and hiring decisions moving efficiently.\n Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug testing, in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.\n Partner with Operations to determine appropriate offers for qualified candidates.\n Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding activities with the appropriate Field Support partners.\n Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate pipeline information in iCIMS to support KPI tracking and reporting.\n Build relationships with external recruiting agencies when additional support is needed for hard-to-fill positions.\n Plan and participate in career fairs, college recruiting events, and similar talent acquisition activities.\n Regularly evaluate recruiting processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.\n Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting KPIs.\n\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou’re someone who can balance urgency with a great candidate experience. Experience with recruiting technology and business applications such as iCIMS and Microsoft Office is also valuable.\nThis person will have held the position of Recruiter rather than Recruited as part of their job as a Manager.Qualifications\n\n Must be at least 21 years of age.\n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.\n Employment eligibility to work in the United States required.\n Restaurant industry experience is preferred.\n Ability and willingness to travel regularly to supported locations, meetings, career events, and other business activities, including occasional out-of-state travel.\n Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends when business or recruiting needs require it.\nWhy This Role Matters\nHiring great people is critical to the success and growth of our restaurants and our organization.
