Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team at Onyx Care of Ruston, as a Dietary Aide! As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our Residents. At Onyx Care of Ruston, we pride ourselves on our patient-centered approach, providing personalized care and exceptional rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dietary department with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
Prepare patient trays according to meal plans, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintain accurate records of food service and patient meal intake
Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus and meal plans
Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Assist with tray delivery, serving, and collecting patient trays
Perform other related duties as assigned
