District Sales Manager- Seattle

Job Description The District Sales Manager II is responsible for providing the sales team with formal and informal training in areas such as prospecting, cold calling, delivering impactful presentations, needs satisfaction selling, product knowledge and proposal writing. Compensation & Incentives Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Incentive program includes monthly commissions tied to new business growth, annual performance bonus potential, accelerators for exceeding expectations, and ramp/guarantee provisions. Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate new selling insights and market penetration strategies. Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies tailored to potential clients, staying informed on competitors and pricing. Maintain awareness of competitive services and pricing. Qualifications 3-5 years managing an outside B2B sales team. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven track record of leading an outside B2B sales team to success in a quota-driven environment. Experience training others on influencing decision makers at all organizational levels. Motivated by fostering growth, development, and success in a fast-paced sales environment. Preferred: prior experience in a new business acquisition sales role.
