About Us Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in‑person and virtual visits on a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing services. The team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect and striving to provide individualized care. Qualifications MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). Board‑eligible or board‑certified psychiatrist. Active license in the State of Florida or in process of obtaining one. Final‑year residency candidates may also apply. Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development. Compensation Up to $300 per hour. Availability via telemedicine Friday–Sunday. Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment. Option to work 100% remotely if a collaborating physician. Drug‑Free Policy Harmony United Psychiatric Care enforces a comprehensive drug‑free workplace policy to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors. The use of illegal drugs and unauthorized controlled substances on company premises or during work hours is prohibited. Pre‑employment drug screening and random drug testing for current employees are conducted. Violations result in disciplinary action, up to termination.
