Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial projects throughout the Hartford area. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards. Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial and/or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules OSHA certification preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
