Weatherford is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to champion health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations in North Dakota, Utah, and Colorado. This is a high‑visibility role where your expertise will shape safety culture and drive compliance in dynamic field environments. What You’ll Do Be the go‑to safety leader for multiple field locations, ensuring compliance with Weatherford's OEPS Management System and all applicable regulations. Lead audits, investigations, and emergency response planning with confidence and precision. Drive proactive safety measures through inspections, risk assessments, and engaging safety meetings. Monitor training programs, hazardous substance handling, and PPE compliance to keep teams prepared and protected. Advise on best practices, corrective actions, and continuous improvement strategies that elevate safety performance. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred. 5‑7 years of recent HSE leadership experience in Oil & Gas (HSE Supervisor or Lead roles). Recognized certifications such as CRSP, CSP, or CHSC are a plus. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE regulations, plus experience with 5S/Lean principles and USDOT compliance.
