Receiving ClerkMonday–Friday | 6AM-2:30PM $17.00 per hourA company is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk for a 1st shift warehouse position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, warehouse administration, logistics coordination, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.This position supports daily warehouse operations by managing inbound shipments, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and communicating with drivers and supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule inbound shipmentsTake calls from drivers and contact drivers regarding deliveriesVerify shipment contents and ensure paperwork accuracyMaintain accurate records and assist with inventory controlEnter and manage data using internal systems (training provided)Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reportingWork directly with Supervisor for hands-on trainingAssist on the production floor during slow periods as neededRequirements1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–FridayGood working knowledge of computersProficient in Microsoft ExcelBasic math skills (adding and subtracting)Strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a warehouse environmentPreferred QualificationsForklift experience within the past 6 months is a plusKnowledge of Ford System (CMMS) is a big plusPay & Growth OpportunityStarting pay: $17.00 per hourAfter meeting the requirements of Express Employment Professionals, candidates will be eligible for full-time hire with benefits.
