Position Accounting Manager based at our Barre, VT office with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onboarding and training period. In this role you will maintain financial integrity, support reporting and budget processes, and lead payroll operations. Responsibilities Perform month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare investment schedules, maintain fixed asset schedules, and support budgeting. Supervise payroll and accounts payable operations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements. Support external audits and provide financial insights to leadership.
