The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing large-scale events activities with media and influencers to drive understanding and excitement around Apple products. This role will focus on launch, planning, and liaising with teams that bring a product launch to life and leading the project management process as well as the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team. Description The successful candidate will contribute energy, innovative ideas, and exceptional organizational skills to our launch initiatives. This role will lead a team that collaborates with various other teams and functions to create, implement, and deliver launch events that enhance awareness and comprehension of our key product launches. This may encompass other Public Relations managers, Country PR leaders, Product Marketing, Events, and Marcom. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications (In House or Agency)Experience in running events at scale (US and International) is a distinct advantage Successfully delivered creative PR campaigns/ product launches/ cultural events that have created meaningful, measurable impactProven track record in project management including being able to produce and run detailed timelines, deadlines and work backsExcellent presentation skills including fluency in keynote (or equivalent) and presentation designDeep understanding of media and creative landscape, who the key players are in the cultural, technology and lifestyle spaceFluency in English Preferred Qualifications BS/BA or equivalent experience preferredEffectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organizationDevelops and delivers effective communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesAnalyses of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsUnderstands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needsExperience in media relations and have developed a network of media contacts in technology, consumer, lifestyle spacesExperience in latest trends run podcasting, newsletters and growing needs in creator spaceSelf-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technologySelf-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsSuperb attention to detailAble to work with ambiguity and on complex topics across multiple jurisdictionsSkilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to changeAbility to run large scale budgets #J-18808-Ljbffr
