Sales Representative

At Weather, our Sales Representatives are the front line of growth—driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and delivering measurable results for our partners. This is an entry-level, in-person role designed for individuals who are competitive, people-focused, and motivated by performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in live campaign environments while developing the skills needed to grow into leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and daily coaching so you can succeed from day one. The Role You’ll represent nationally recognized brands and nonprofit partners at live events, and pop-up campaigns throughout the NYC area. Working in high-traffic, face-to-face environments, you’ll engage directly with the public—building trust, communicating value, and driving new customer and donor acquisition. This role combines sales, brand representation, and real-time customer interaction in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
