Clinical Pharmacist - working from home

Overview

Medacy is recruiting clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home. This is a permanent opportunity (not locum). The work needs to be delivered during clinic hours, i.e. 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. We have opportunities in SystmOne and Emis practices. The role will involve playing a full and active role as part of the practices multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will join The Medacy Practice, a unique support network that allows pharmacists to develop, thrive, and realise their full potential.
Responsibilities and Duties

Complete medication reviews
Care home support
Serve as the primary point of contact in practice for all medication-related inquiries
Qualifications and Skills

The ability to adapt your style to convey information to fellow healthcare professionals and the most challenging patients
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Hold Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
Be able to demonstrate commitment to CPD
Clinical Diploma is beneficial but not essential

Role Details

Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week
Salary: £53,000 per year
