Overview For our client, we are seeking a Counterintelligence Agent Instructor (DCAC) Expert to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment. Location Location: Quantico, VA — US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation $70,800 – $148,600 annually. Responsibilities Provide instruction for the DoD Cl Agent Course (DCAC) Plan and execute training certification for entry-level CI agents, focusing on Defense Agency missions Deliver classroom instruction and evaluate student performance in intensive field exercises Use blended learning methods including eLearning tools, lectures, and practical exercises Ensure training covers CI legal issues, espionage detection, and collaborative investigations Qualifications TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one 10 years of experience in counterintelligence inquiries and investigations In-depth knowledge of counterintelligence missions and functions Expertise in counterintelligence activities spanning investigations, collection, operations, functional services, and analysis Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school or equivalent Benefits Flexibility with unique time-off benefits Access to extensive learning resources for professional growth Participation in critical national missions and company-wide integrity culture Opportunities for continuous personal and career development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
