• Certifications and Education Requirements: BCACP board certification and PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency required.
• Schedule: Dayshift, weekdays only, shift duration of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 12/26/2026
• Required Qualifications: Currently licensed pharmacist with BCACP certification, PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency completion, and at least 1 year of experience in outpatient pharmacy settings.
