Unit Staffing Description

The imaging unit is equipped with unit secretaries and technicians to ensure high-quality patient care. The department utilizes the following types of equipment:
  • GE
  • Hologic
Documentation Systems
  • Expanse
  • Powerscribe
  • Sectra
Floating Policy

Staff may be required to float to the hospital, imaging centers, and surrounding locations as needed.

Patient Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate must hold appropriate registries including:
  • ARRT (R)
  • ARRT (M)
  • ARRT (CT)
  • RDMS
  • BLS
Requested Skill Set

Must-have Skills: Same as hospital and surrounding imaging centers.

Advanced Skills: Proficiency in performing Radiography (RAD), Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), and Mammography (Mammo).

Dress Code

Professional attire is required, including:
  • Scrubs
  • Lab Coat
  • Warm-up Jacket

Unit Guidelines and Policies

Candidates should refer to the unit-specific policies and guidelines applicable in the imaging department.
