What You’ll Do

• Provide hospitalist coverage for adult patients in a hospital setting
• Manage patient care during 7a-7p shifts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population
• Document clinical findings accurately and efficiently
• Support patient flow and prioritize urgent situations as needed
• Utilize your experience with procedures like intubations and lines if applicable (must provide case logs if performing procedures regularly)
• Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin
• At least 1 year of hospitalist or urgent care experience
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications preferred or required

Preferred:

• Experience with procedures such as intubations and line placements (case logs required if performing procedures)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
