Patient Care Technician

DispatchHealthseeks a dynamic individual to join an innovative and rapidly growing team. He/sheis responsible forfacilitatingthe day-to-day operations of one to two office locations,containingapproximately 8+ Cars. This includes supporting the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, scheduling, courier support, techinstalland removal, kit building/cleaning, fleet, lab, supply chain mgmt., depot services, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care both directly and indirectly.implementing policies and procedures as outlined by the central repository guide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned) DriveDispatchHealthbranded vehicle to meet patients at their place of need and load/unload supplies for daily activities (averaging 6-8 visits per12-hour shiftas scheduled). Hold primary daily operational accountability for assignedDispatchHealthmarkets andvehicles.This includes driving clarity,consistency,and performance through a collaborative and engaging leadership style, aligning with internal stakeholders to achieve clinicalandoperational goals. Under direction of Area/ Regional Leadership. Provide on-call support totheregional operations team as needed. Other duties as assigned. LAB Collaborate with the Central Services Lab team to ensure effective management and implementation of lab operations, competency training, temperature logs, recording of results, supplies, and maintenance of moderately complex certification standards within the market. FLEET Oversee andmaintainmarket fleet by coordinating with central fleet, including scheduling maintenance, car washes, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. SUPPLY CHAIN Manage the clinical office supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, maintaining accurate counts, utilizing inventory software, auditing clinical kits for accuracy, managing lot numbers to prevent expiration, coordinating, and completing annual physical inventory count, and managing product additions, removals, and conversions while ensuring compliance with Pegasus tracking system.
