The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this role drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.

The Store Manager is responsible for:

• Building good relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams to achieve goals.
• Sound decision making skills.

Other requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
