We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a supportive educational team with a local school around the Factoryville, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ success through assessing behavior, developing behavior plans, and monitoring student progress.
Position Details:
· Schedule: Part-Time, 2 days per week
· Workdays: Flexible
· Start date: ASAP until June 1, 2027
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and eligibility determinations
· Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student eligibility for individualized services
· Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create effective interventions and behavioral strategies
· Support students through counseling, intervention, and skill-building sessions.
· Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students
Qualifications and Experience:
· Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
· School-based experience preferred

Compensation for this role can be between $48 and $55. Compensation is based on experience and location.
