Maintenance Technician - Fast-Paced Wash Center

Position Summary Eternity Systems/MTNA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment to help ensure safe and efficient production operations within our wash center. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Assist with diagnosing operational issues and implementing corrective actions Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and GMP standards Communicate effectively with operations and leadership teams regarding equipment status Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Forklift certification is a plus Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
