Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and design tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices. \n
- Administer therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to empower clients in addressing life challenges. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, which is crucial for effective treatment planning and continuity of care. \n
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care approaches, addressing the diverse needs of our client base. \n
- Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine intervention strategies and enhance overall service quality. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective support and empowerment. \n
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of social work and mental health to promote improved client outcomes. \n
You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your role will require sensitivity to the unique circumstances of diverse populations and the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds and experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas. \n
- A minimum of three years of documented clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy settings. \n
- Expertise in various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused and evidence-based interventions. \n
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the capacity to build collaborative relationships. \n
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting while effectively managing time and client relationships. \n

- Demonstrated experience working in outpatient mental health settings. \n
- Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. \n
- Engagement in professional development and continuing education in mental health practices. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide:
