Controller Repair / Console Repair Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Game Controller / Game Console Repair technician to diagnose, repair, and test gaming controllers and consoles, with a primary focus on battery and charging repairs. The role includes full diagnostic consultations, repair intake, customer updates, and thorough documentation to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Perform controller diagnostics, with emphasis on battery and charging issues.
Replace damaged or defective components.
Complete soldering and circuit board repairs.
Perform firmware updates and use diagnostic software.
Test parts and repaired devices for proper operation.
Conduct quality inspections before returning equipment.
Provide full diagnostic consultations and manage repair intake.
Document repairs and provide customers with status updates.

Preferred Qualifications

Electronics troubleshooting experience.
Circuit board repair experience.
Familiarity with diagnostic software.
Strong attention to detail.
