This Federal Work Study eligible student will perform multiple tasks as needed by the office of the Dean of the Women's College .

The student worker should be able to:

• Clearly and effectively communicate to others information from the Dean’s Office.
• Use sound judgment in managing time required for multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with DO staff for scheduling hours to work.
• Be responsive to inquiries and requests by email and in-person.
• Balance work with time needed for study and other school requirements, (i.e., school always comes first but communication is paramount).
• Manage tasks with accuracy and confidentiality while maintaining a professional work environment.
• Support DO efforts by working collaboratively on office projects and tasks, ask questions to ensure clear understanding of assigned tasks and evaluate honestly what may be beyond the scope of experience or knowledge.
• Maintain consistent hours and show up when agreed.
• Lift and move packages and distribute to offices across campus using a cart.
