Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Background in pediatric SLP or experience in K-12 school settings strongly desired
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a fast-paced educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services to support speech, language, voice, and fluency development
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress and inclusion
• Maintain accurate records, document sessions, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and support to teachers on strategies that facilitate student success in the classroom
• Stay informed with best practices and developments in pediatric speech-language therapy
