Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers A/B to join a long-term manufacturing project beginning the second week of August . Under limited supervision, this position performs complex electrical and mechanical assembly operations on products, subassemblies, electrical cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and related manufacturing builds. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to read and interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work while following all safety standards.

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Build electrical cable assemblies and wire harnesses, including:
• Crimping
• Wiring and connecting
• Bundling and terminating
• Soldering
• Electrical ring-out
• Testing and troubleshooting
• Perform mechanical assembly, including hardware installation, component fit-up, and use of hand and power tools.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform rework and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comply with all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

• Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with wire harness assembly, soldering, crimping, and electrical testing preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Overtime and Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

• $22.00–$24.00 per hour , depending on experience.
