As a valued member of the Optimum door‑to‑door team, you will work in an ever‑changing consumer landscape, guiding customers through our full suite of Optimum products and services—including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies—to ensure they receive the best solution for their needs. Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Assess each customer’s needs and craft tailored telecom packages. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technologies. Sales Pitch: Present and explain the benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections. Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately. Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and assistance to build lasting customer relationships. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share insights and develop strategies for achieving collective goals. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
