Join a Prestigious Family Office | Accounts Payable Specialist | $45/hr Job Title : Temp-to-Hire Accounts Payable Specialist Company : Confidential Family Office (Finance Industry) Location : Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Compensation : $45.00/hour About the Role Our client, a highly confidential private family office in Beverly Hills, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This role is heavily focused on high-volume accounts payable processing, credit card reconciliations, and journal entry preparation while supporting ongoing process improvements and system implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct. Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform credit card reconciliations and prepare related journal entries. Assist with AP account reconciliations and month-end support. Enter and maintain journal entries (primarily AP-related; training provided on company‑specific processes). Support the implementation and optimization of new Sage Intacct features and workflows. Collaborate with the Senior AP Specialist and accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment. Strong experience with credit card reconciliations and AP journal entries. Required: Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct. Experience participating in Sage Intacct implementations, system enhancements, or process improvements is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
