Electronics Manufacturer Company in San Jose, CA is looking for Deburrers!

Deburring – Finisher

Pay: $20–$23/hr
Shifts: 1st & 2nd shift available
Schedule: Tue–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM + Sat, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Deburr, sand, polish, and clean small precision parts using hand tools.
Work with very small parts, typically 1⁄2 inch or smaller , using a microscope for up to 8 hours per day.
Inspect parts for cosmetic defects, damage, and quality issues.
Read job travelers, follow work instructions, and use basic precision measuring tools.
Maintain accurate production times and notify the supervisor of any delays.
Follow safety procedures and standardized work instructions.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
Comfortable sitting and working under a microscope for extended periods.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
