As an Inventory Specialist for Kuehne+Nagel, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, physical inventory, or use Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets. How You Create Impact

• Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures.
• Implement programs to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location.
• Conduct system searches to locate products.
• Work with management to implement loss prevention programs and improve inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection.
• Perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and inspect/correct inventory diagnostics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse inventory role.
• 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with 4,000+ SKUs.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
