Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills:

Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirement documentation.
Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Authorization:

Candidates must have valid US work authorization.
Green Card (GC) holders and H-4 EAD holders are welcome.
OPT candidates are not eligible.
No visa sponsorship available.

Experience Required: 4–8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.

This is a remote position.
