Position: Medical Lab Scientist

Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Location: Herriman, UT

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Medical Lab Scientist to join our team in the Emergency Room Laboratory. The ideal candidate will possess MLS certification through ASCP or an equivalent certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Point of Care Testing (POC) as required.
• Execute clerical duties as assigned by Nursing and Lab Director to support laboratory operations.
• Ensure compliance with lab protocols and maintain high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications:

• ASCP certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Technologist (MT).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Point of Care Testing.
